Understanding the business model/project. Assessing the finance required for the project. Collect all the relevant information and documents.

PREPARATION

Preparation of Project Information Memorandum. Preparation/ Collating of all the data and financial workings including Credit Monitoring Analysis (CMA) required by the lenders & Other Supporting Documents.

CO ORDINATION

Coordinating / follow up for Processing with lenders. Co-ordination with Solicitors, Valuers, Techno Economic Study Experts, Rating agencies, Hotel Specialist, etc.

DISBURSEMENT

Obtaining Sanction from Bank. Assisting in completion of Pre & Post disbursement formalities. Handholding of clients for entire tenor of loan.
